Can I return a deal?
Should you find any reason for dissatisfaction, we offer you the option to return it within 15 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund. Please note that our return, exchange, and resize policy timelines initiate upon delivery to your address, ensuring a seamless luxury experience.

To ensure utmost customer satisfaction, we are pleased to offer complimentary shipping for all returns or exchanges within the 15-day timeframe.

Please take note that the following orders are not eligible for return:
– Personalized or resized items
– Items that are damaged or show signs of wear and tear from usage
– Items that have been previously exchanged
– Layaway orders after 15 days from purchase

*Please be aware that our return policy mandates that every piece must be returned in the same condition as received, with all packaging (including boxes and trims) intact.
