Shipping Policy

At Raresparkle, we take pride in delivering your fine jewelry with the utmost care and attention. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we ensure your treasures arrive safely and promptly.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Custom or made-to-order items may take additional time for processing. This will be indicated at checkout.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping methods for orders within the USA:

  • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): Free for orders over $100. A flat rate of $5 applies for orders below $100.
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Available for a flat rate of $15.
  • Next-Day Shipping: Available for a flat rate of $25.

Note: Delivery times are based on estimates provided by our carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, or UPS) and may vary due to external factors such as weather or carrier delays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package via the link provided to stay updated on its delivery status.

4. Shipping Insurance

All shipments are fully insured until they reach your delivery address. For your security, a signature may be required upon delivery of orders over $500.

5. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. Stay tuned as we expand to international locations in the future.

6. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@raresparkle.com. Once an order is processed, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Raresparkle is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after delivery by the carrier. However, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.
