Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package via the link provided to stay updated on its delivery status.
All shipments are fully insured until they reach your delivery address. For your security, a signature may be required upon delivery of orders over $500.
At this time, we only ship within the United States. Stay tuned as we expand to international locations in the future.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@raresparkle.com. Once an order is processed, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Raresparkle is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after delivery by the carrier. However, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.
